This workshop featured four alumni. Each of the alumni discussed their time at FIU and how they arrived at the place they are now in life. On Friday, November 4th, the Ainu, the indigenous people from Japan visited the FIU MMC campus to teach us about their traditional culture. They left all who attended with a great appreciation for their history and traditions.

Grants for college graduate, graduate students, and working professionals for an academic year of advanced language study. The Blakemore Foundation provides its fellows with tuition plus a stipend to cover travel and living expenses at eligible language programs in East and Southeast Asia.
