Dr. Wang Chuanxing will be coming to FIU to speak on “China and International System Evolution in World Politics” on Wednesday, April 8th at 2:00 PM in ZEB 110.

All students and faculty are welcome to attend.

Dr. Wang Chuanxing, graduated from School of International and Public Affairs, Fudan University with a Ph.D. degree in 2001, is currently a professor of School of Political Science and International Relations, director of Center for America Studies, deputy director of Polar Research Center, editor-in-chief of Bulletion of International Studies on the Polar Regions. His academic interests cover from U.S. politics and U.S. international strategy, power transition and international system transformation, and Polar politics and security studies. His most recent publication is “The Impact of Demographic Shift on the Evolution of the U.S. Party Systems” American Studies Quarterly, No.1 2015.
