Course: ASN 3931: Intensive Zen Study in Kyoto (3 credits)

Visit Kyoto and learn about Japan’s history, traditions, art, and philosophy, particularly the practice of Zen through the tea ceremony, one of Kyoto’s traditional arts. Students will stay at a conveniently located minshuku, which is a traditional form of Japanese accommodations.
